Are you a coach looking for an opportunity to further develop your skills and grow in your practice? Our group supervision offers a unique opportunity for coaches to receive support, and personal and professional development in a group setting.
As a participant in our programme, you will have the opportunity to work with one of our experienced group supervisors. Our supervision approach aligns with the functions of the supervision triangle, support, development, and practice management. The supervision triangle is widely accepted as a foundational model for supervision.
Each group programme contract runs for a defined period, typically 3 months, and at the end of the contract, supervisors and groups can decide whether they want to continue under a private contract outside of the project.
In addition to receiving valuable support and development, you also contribute to a good cause. You donate directly to verified and designated non-profit entities.
The rate for each supervision session is between R300-R400 per person per session. If you're interested in taking your coaching practice to the next level, please use the Sign Up and Contact Page to apply or learn more about our programme. We look forward to supporting you on your journey as a coach.
