A: The rate for each supervision session is between R300-R400 per person. This amount is paid directly to the group’s identified charity.
Q: How are the beneficiaries (NGO, NPO, charities) selected?
A: In our programme, we believe in supporting causes that align with our philosophy, values and mission. We understand the importance of responsible and transparent distribution of funds, and we strive to ensure that the proceeds from our supervision sessions are used for their intended purpose. In alignment with this, we do not support causes that have a commercial, ideological, pharmaceutical or military nature. Instead, we focus on supporting organisations that work towards improving the lives of individuals and communities. For more information visit the Programme Beneficiaries page.
Q: Can supervisors and groups continue working together after the defined programme contract period?
A: Yes, supervisors and groups can decide whether they want to continue working together under a different contract outside of the project, at the supervisor's private rate.

Q: What happens to other finances?
A: Currently the supervisors are working voluntarily, with no money passing hands between coaches (supervisees) and supervisors and/or coordinator/s.
