Welcome to Social Impact Supervision!
Social Impact Supervision offers group supervision to coaches who donate directly to selected community development beneficiaries and social causes.
Our programme provides personal and professional development for coaches through supervision, while also making a positive impact on the world through charitable giving.
At Social Impact Supervision, we believe that everyone has the power to make a difference, and we are dedicated to helping professionals hone their skills and use them to create meaningful change. Our programme offers monthly supervision sessions, with each group programme contract running for a defined period (e.g. 3 months). During this time, supervisors will work with one group of up to 4 participants, offering support, and personal and professional development to help them grow in their practice.
We are committed to ensuring that the proceeds from our supervision sessions are distributed to worthy charities in a transparent and responsible way. NGOs, NPOs, or charities are pre-identified and verified. The programme coordination activities are largely decentralised, however some tasks are managed by a programme coordinator.
Thank you for considering joining us at Social Impact Supervision. We hope you'll join us in using your skills and expertise to make a positive impact in the world.
